Audrey: Such a big girl with her new big girl bed.

Two days ago we put away the cot and moved Audrey to a big girl bed. We were both expecting the worst and braced ourselves for a few tough nights but so far she's taken to it like a dream! I stick to pretty strict bedtime/nap-time routines that have, for months and months, served as Audrey's sleep cues. When we go through the motions of our sleep routine then she knows that it's time to sleep, and sleep she does!! I'm so proud of her. So far, she hasn't figured out that she can climb down off the bed after a sleep on her own so she calls me into the room to come get her. "Maaaaama!! Maaaaamaaa!" It's very sweet. Long may it last.
